Pinterest Management

Know you need to be on Pinterest to start getting more                 blog traffic, but also feel like you can't add another platform to your plate?

consistent

THAT'S EXACTLY WHERE WE COME IN!

Google is NOT the only search engine available to help you get more traffic to your blog.

Pinterest is also a search engine and great way to diversify your blog traffic so that when you get hit hard by a Google update, you still have Pinterest sending new potential email subscribers, affiliate link buyers and just eyeballs for your display ads to keep your revenue steady.

While yes, you need Google, you don't need to put all your eggs in one basket. In fact, it's better to have multiple traffic sources to help keep your blogging business sustainable.

What more blog traffic could do for you:

- give you the ability to charge $100's more per sponsored blog post

- give you consistent passive income (via Like to Know it, Amazon or other affiliate programs)

- give you daily new email subscribers (don't even get me started on why that's necessary)

- give you more Instagram followers, TikTok followers and YouTube subscribers

- allow your content to continue performing for you long after you make the post live

we repurpose your content strategically for you and apply our 7+ years of Pinterest Manager expertise to your business

What does a Pinterest manager actually do?
A Pinterest manager handles every part of running your Pinterest account: profile and board optimization, custom pin design, keyword-rich descriptions, daily scheduling, performance tracking and ongoing strategy adjustments. We completely take it off your hands from pulling content to tracking analytics.

How much does a Pinterest manager cost?
Full-service Pinterest management typically runs $500–$2,000+ per month depending on the manager's experience and what's included. Our package is $947/month with a 6-month minimum commitment. I've been doing this for over 8 years and have incredible team members that have been working for me for years.

We also offer a Retainer Strategist option at $397/month for creators who want to learn Pinterest and run it themselves with expert support.

How long until I see results from Pinterest?
Pinterest is a search engine, so like Google SEO, it takes time to index and rank your content. Most of our clients see traffic growth within 3–6 months, and the best results compound for years after that. Anyone who promises overnight Pinterest results is... (respectfully) LYING.

It's really dependent on where you're starting, how much content you create and how well you convert traffic to subscribers, affiliate sales, community members. We'll guide you in tips to convert, but our focus is getting the right people to your blog.

Is Pinterest still worth it for bloggers in 2026?
For monetized blogs, especially in lifestyle, food, fashion, home, travel, DIY and beauty niches, Pinterest is one of the most stable, compound-growth traffic sources available. Unlike Instagram, where content disappears in 48 hours, a single Pinterest pin can drive traffic to your blog for years. With every Google algorithm update making organic search more volatile, having Pinterest as a parallel traffic source is more valuable than it's ever been.

Is it the same as it was in 2018, no. Does it still bring in great traffic and have decent RPM's to balance out your other main source of traffic, Google? YES!

Do I need to be in a specific niche?
Pinterest works best for visual, lifestyle-adjacent content so that's where we specialize. That includes food, fashion, home, parenting, travel, beauty, wellness, weddings and craft/DIY niches. If you're a service provider or write extremely technical content, we're probably not the right Pinterest team for you. We'll tell you honestly on the discovery call, and I may even have the a name of someone that could help in your niche.

What's the difference between a Pinterest manager and a Pinterest VA?
A Pinterest VA typically handles execution (uploading, scheduling, basic descriptions), but not strategy. A Pinterest manager handles strategy AND execution: we decide what to pin, why, with what keywords, and adjust based on what's actually working. The strategy piece is what actually drives ROI.

We also have the added bonus of working with several people in a similar niche as you so we can see what's working across multiple businesses on Pinterest.

Do I need a blog before hiring you?
Yes. Pinterest is a top-of-funnel platform that drives traffic somewhere, and we specialize in driving it to blogs. We recommend having at least 10 published blog posts and planning for an active publishing cadence before hiring a Pinterest manager.

If you don't have a blog yet, our guide on how to turn blogging into a career is a good starting point. We also have an option for those using it to drive traffic to affiliate links. Check out the Affiliate Pin Glow-Up here.

Should I hire a Pinterest manager or learn it myself?
Hire a manager if your time is worth more than the cost, you don't want to learn another platform, and you have a monetized blog where more traffic translates directly to more revenue. Learn it yourself (with our Retainer Strategist support) if: you're earlier-stage, your budget is tighter, or you have the time to implement and then wait for results. Both work... it's a question of where you'd rather spend your time and how important getting it right fast is to you.

I have a whole blog post about the decision to outsource or DIY too,

How do I know if I'm ready?
You're ready if: you have a monetized blog (or you're building toward one), you publish content consistently, and you need more traffic more quickly than learning a new platform and implementing yourself.  Book the free 15-minute discovery call and we'll walk through everything together!
